ClerkFlo is built as a multi-tenant platform, and data confidentiality between organizations is a core part of our architecture:

  • No cross-organization sharing: Your organization's data — including contract details, service line information, pricing, job records, and labour data — is logically isolated and is never shared with, or made visible to, other contractor organizations on the platform.

  • Role-based internal access: Within your own organization, access to sensitive data (such as contract pricing, billing details, or labour records) is governed by the permissions your admin sets in our role-based access system. If an employee or supervisor is restricted from viewing certain site, branch, or plant data, that data will not be shared with them, even internally.

  • Admin-controlled visibility: Organization admins control what each supervisor or user can see and do, down to the site/branch level, through granular access settings.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations

  • Authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
