However, if you still wants to delete your account, you may process as per instructions below

Dinzyy Allows following ways to delete your account and all the associated data :

A. Through in-app ways

To delete your account with Dinzyy go through following steps inside your Dinzyy app :

  1. Click on YOU button from nav-bar.

  2. In that page, either click on your profile picture or click on Account Settings.

  3. In Account settings page, go to account settings tab and inside that tab you will find a button to de-activate your account.

  4. After clicking this button, you need to provide confirmation via OTP received in your email.

  5. Finally, you will be re-directed to the Account Deletion page.

B. By directly opening link below

  1. This will only work through mobile phone.

  2. Make sure, you have installed Dinzyy app on your mobile device.

  3. By clicking the below link, you will be re-directed to the Account Deletion page. If you are not logged in, you will need to login there. This is to prevent un-authorized account deletion.

  4. Please note that account deletion link will not be visible on desktop.

C. Another way to delete Dinzyy Account

  1. To delete your account and all data, you may also use this alternative approach.

  2. Email to "support@dinzyy.in" as per instructions given in point number 3 and 4.

  3. Email must be from the email id registered with us. Including the email address in the body of a request sent from a different email address (including an email alias) does not suffice for these purposes.

  4. Subject shall be 'DELETE ACCOUNT' and body shall be 'DELETE DINZYY ACCOUNT'.

If you are unable to use a Dinzyy app and you wish to have your Dinzyy account deleted, please follow the steps below.
